Refund Policy

At Labor and Lactation RN, I value your time and strive to provide exceptional lactation and postpartum care.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or can be applied as credit toward a future session.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% fee or forfeiture of the session fee.

No-Shows:

• Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Virtual Consultations:

• Once a virtual consultation has started, the session is considered rendered and non-refundable.

• If technical issues prevent completion of the session, it may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Package Purchases:

• Multi-session packages are non-refundable once the first session has occurred.
